“Papa, you think I didn't know you had someone following us? You’re my father; I may know your next move before you do. I love you and thank you for always protecting me. I'll be back early next month to do some pop up pickups,” Stasi told me as she kissed me.

I just couldn't believe my daughter didn't want to stay in Haiti. I knew she hated it here, but I missed her being here with me, but it was like after the loss of her mother, she just became so fascinated with living in the States. Although I would never force her to stay, I loved threatening her with the possibility.

“Just know that I'm always three steps ahead of you until I feel like I can trust him wholeheartedly,” I warned her. I went ahead and made plans for the jet to be prepared to take off as soon as she arrived. I also had to make sure that my spy knew to come back to Haiti in a few days.
